Position Summary : -

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing our market position and driving financial growth. Your responsibilities include defining strategic goals, building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and managing existing clients. You will focus on increasing sales opportunities, maximizing revenue, and staying informed about market conditions. Developing rapport with new clients, setting sales targets, and providing ongoing support will be crucial for success.

Experience Required : -

• Minimum of 1 year in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales
• Experience in pitching Integrated Marketing Services, including B2B Sales, Events, New Client Acquisition, Visual Merchandising, BTL Activation, and Agency-Client handling
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Skills Required : -

• Excellent demonstration skills
• Proficient in Digital Sales, Media Sales, Ad Sales, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, and SaaS Sales
• Strong negotiation skills
• Target-oriented with a focus on business development
• Understanding of Trade Marketing Programs
• Ability to identify and pursue new customer opportunities
• Skilled at developing new relationships to grow business and support company expansion
